Medical vacuum system is mainly applied in wards, operation room and emergency room etc.
Vacuum station system is comprised of vacuum pump, vacuum tank, electric control box, magnetic valve and gas/water filter. We usually adopt 2 or 3pcs vacuum pumps to work alternatively to speed up the pumping and increase durability of pump.
In China, most of the vacuum pumps we use in vacuum system are oilless ring type vacuum pump; all these pumps are from professional pump factory. We supply different power vacuum according to the scale of hospital. And the capacity of vacuum tank usually is 1-2cm, the materials is carbon steel or stainless steel.
In China, main pipe of vacuum system is galvanized tube which saving lots of cost; the vacuum tube in ward is copper tube, thus it is easier to connect with vacuum outlet. Galvanized tube and copper tube are connected by tee pipe coupling. Gas outlets are installed on bedhead panel.
